Transparent, all-day venue rental at The Ivory Hall
Venue Rental Pricing
Every rental includes full-day access (9am–10pm) to The Ivory Hall, our main-level bridal room, large kitchen, all standard décor and furniture, AV equipment, and on-site staff support — so you’re not nickel-and-dimed with extra venue fees.
Weekdays (Mon-Thu) — $2,500
Friday & Sunday — $3,000
Saturday — $3,500
Add-ons
$200 per additional hour
Extend your rental if you’d like more time for setup or celebration.
$300 Alcohol Fee
Required if you’re serving alcohol with a licensed bartender.
$500 Bridal Suite
Every booking includes access to our main-level bridal room. The Bridal Suite is an optional, fully furnished second-floor getaway you can add on for extra space to get ready, relax between events, or store personal items with your closest friends and family.
